The hotel's location is great, away from the busy city and ensuring peace and quiet. the rooms are spacious, clean and offer a great view. the bathroom facilities work well, with good hot water pressure. the staff at the front desk and security are friendly and helpful, adding to a pleasant stay.

The restaurant could be improved, as the breakfast choices were limited and not of the best quality.

My xmas stay was made special by the beautiful lake view. The hotel location was perfect too – just a short walk to the local shops and restaurants. In-room amenities were top notch, including the complimentary toiletries and fluffy towels. The hotel staff was friendly and eager to help with all my needs.

The breakfast buffet was underwhelming, with not much variety and cold food. The wi-fi connection was also very poor, which made it hard to stay connected with family and friends during the holidays.
